Born at the base of the Wasatch Range, Uinta Brewing pours 30 years of mountain craftsmanship into every pint β from hop-forward IPAs to crisp, clean lagers that capture the spirit of the Intermountain West.
From weekend tailgates to quiet evenings on the patio, Uinta brews for every moment β with locally sourced ingredients, award-winning recipes, and a commitment to making Utah proud.
Every batch starts with water from Utah's mountains and hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. We partner with regional farms and suppliers because great beer begins with great ingredients β close to home.
Our Salt Lake City taproom is where friends become neighbors. Live music on weekends, rotating food trucks, and a dog-friendly patio β it's more than a brewery, it's a gathering place.
Decades of brewing have earned Uinta recognition at the Great American Beer Festival and World Beer Cup. But the real award? Seeing your favorite pint go dry and reaching for another.
From corporate gatherings to birthday celebrations, our space hosts groups of all sizes. Custom beer packages, full bar service, and a team that makes sure your event flows as smoothly as our pours.
Can't make it to the taproom? Our beers are on taps and in cans across the state β from Provo to Ogden, Park City to St. George. Look for the Uinta label and you'll find us.
We sponsor local youth sports, donate to food banks, and participate in Utah State Fair. Uinta isn't just brewing in Salt Lake City β we're investing in the community that brews with us.
From the crisp clarity of our flagship lager to the bold bitterness of our seasonal IPAs, there's a Uinta beer for every occasion β and every palate.
Uinta Brewing Company opened its doors in 1994 in the Fillmore district of Salt Lake City β one of the first craft breweries to call Utah home. What started as a passion project in a converted warehouse has grown into one of the state's most recognized brewing brands, but the mission has never changed: make beer that tastes honest, builds community, and reflects the landscape we love.
Today, our brewery operates from Terminal Drive, just north of the airport, where we brew over 40 varieties annually across ales, lagers, stouts, and seasonal specialties. Every beer is brewed on-site, tested in-house, and packaged with the same care our founders brought on day one.
